A Chat on the Road is a hand pulled, original 6″x8″ featuring a copper plate Intaglio Etching & Aquatint. Hand inked and hand printed – each of these is considered an original work of art. Intaglio & Aquatint Etching printed on off-white Rives BFK. Variable Edition. Signed and Numbered & unframed.
A Chat on the Road tells the tale of the stories shared, problems solved and laughs of these roadside chats. Sharing the road with livestock on foot or in a trailer is a common occurrence across the rural west. These country roads provide the space and safety for livestock to move safely from pasture to pasture during the year. This scene depicts a neighbor with a horse trailer stopping to visit a cowboy that’s moving cows down the road.
