The Old Fella is a hand pulled, original  5″x8″ featuring a copper plate Intaglio Etching & Aquatint. Hand inked and hand printed – each of these is considered an original work of art. Framed & Matted Intaglio & Aquatint Etching printed on Rives BFK.  Variable Edition.  Signed and Numbered & unframed.

Those that have owned and worked Border Collies know the look.  Aged by years and miles, their body doesn’t work quite as well as it once did, but the will to work remains untouched as they eagerly embrace the next task that comes their way.  Waiting at the barn door, or for the cue to be sent, these dogs are always ready to go.  Yes, the ears may not set as straight as they once did, but those clouded eyes speak volumes about character, wisdom and that special quality that makes a working Border Collie.

Packaged in clear archival bag with backing board.  Each order is packaged out of my studio at home.  I live quite a ways from town so please allow longer than you would think for your order to arrive.  The price we pay for me living out in a very rural area. Thank you for understanding!
